  2. Mmmmh Countryman, Now I need to build myself one of those.
    The scalies looks nice Paul.

I need to get out flying soon, been trapped in here playing new dad for 2 weeks now and I'm getting itchy.
I should have a new toy to maiden very soon, and will probably nip to Thurnham to maiden it as its down the road from work.

    See you soon
    Jon

    1. It'll be good to see you on the hill again Jon, I think my choice would be a Phase Lift rather the the Countryman, both lovely looking models though. I'm getting an itch to build something similar looking, but a real heavy weight especially for South Downs days. Gary's super lardy ASW 17 did go really well and has served as further inspiration.

  3. Yes I agree Paul, if you are going to put all that effort into building a 'wooden wonder' Jon, then one of Chris's best is the way to go, even though I do own a Countryman.
I'm looking forward to another expedition to the South Downs again in the not too distant future for some decent lift for our biggies and my nylon-covered Phase 6 Pro.
