nil all draw

It's a nil wind, nil lift, nil sun day on Wednesday. Still there's a good turn out on the hill, doesn't anybody work anymore?

It's DLGs and electric all round, one flyer is a new arrival who after only 7mins of flight time with his first model, is doing loops and low passes. The whole affair even ends with a hand catch!!

the only sun glass requirement of the day

Alan tries to get a bit of lift off Paul's garlic breath

deciding the E-Hawk might fly better with the aerial attached

.....................................................................................hooorah!

  1. Hi,

Im not sure which of the pack you are as it was my first day out on the hill, im sure over the coming months and (Dare i say!) years, i will pick up on the names of everyone, but for now im a blank! lol..

Id like to thank everyone for being so welcoming, i was a little unsure when i turmed up of the reception of outsiders.. well, its seems i needant have worried.

Anyway, it was my first time flying, i had only a couple of minutesthe night before and about 90 seconds in the morning before i crashed my brand new glider.. it was fixed by the local model shop and had a great time learning to fly it on the hill.. TODAY wasnt quite so good! my mate crashed it, then i did the same! iv now repaired it very professionally!! *Cough!* and im ready for tomorrow..

Unfortunatly im not local, i have a van in Leysdown and we are closing up tomorrow.. so it may be some time before im back.. but back i will be..

So, thanks again for the positive and warm reception..

I look forward to meeting up again, and imm already eyeing up my next buy!! what have i started!!!

    Tony..
